Shane has been with TR Group since 2014 as our National Sales Manager. He is responsible for leading the lease sales team, focusing on growing our asset base and long term revenue. Moreover, he leads a team passionate for trucks and people, making sure to match great customers with the right vehicles, each and every time.
TR Group at the 2023 Brisbane Truck Show
Last week, we had the opportunity to attend the highly anticipated 2023 Brisbane Truck Show, and it was an experience to remember! Surrounded by all that is new and great in transport – the event was truly an amazing showcase of innovation and technology in the heavy transport industry.
Stepping into the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, the sheer size of the event was overwhelming in the best way. From trucks and trailers of all shapes and sizes proudly on display to fun games and activities for the family – it was an exciting way to see how vibrant our industry really is. People from all over Australia, New Zealand and even further afield came to get connected and have a blast over this 4-day event.
The participants in the Brisbane Truck Show come from various industries, showcasing their latest models, cutting-edge technology, and innovative designs. It was fascinating to witness the advancements made in our industry, from Battery Electric, Hybrid, Hydrogen Dual Fuel and Hydrogen Fuel Cell to autonomous vehicles that promise a more sustainable and efficient future.
TR Group’s stand was right in the heart of the action in the main hall, surrounded by all of the main industry suppliers, where we showcased one of our new Volvo FH16 Prime Movers. The stand proved to be a great meeting point for customers, suppliers, customers-to-be, families and friends as TR shared our story of growth with the Australian Transport industry.
One of the highlights of the show was the opportunity to interact with industry experts from engineers and designers to truck drivers and fleet managers. The event brought together a diverse range of professionals who, like us at TR Group, have a passion for the industry so we had the chance to engage in great conversations about the challenges and opportunities that are ahead for us all.
